Why they make male characters in multiplayer shooting games very wide

Postby Netherrealmer » 06 Oct 2025, 01:18

Recently, when I play shooting games, I notice most people play female characters, and I think I figured out why. They make the male characters very wide and big and slow, while female characters are more slender and harder to shoot. In Fortnite, Valorant, Overwatch, and many more shooting games, I noticed that they make the male characters so thick, that even if they're far away, they're easier to shoot. They're easier to kill because they're so wide. Their head is so big, it's easier to headshot. I think they need to make a balance. They need to make some bigger female characters, and smaller and slimmer male characters. Because, yeah, it's so easy to kill male characters in shooting games.

I cannot blame why most players these days choose more female characters in shooting games that are multiplayer. Because damn, male characters are so big. It's easier to die as a male character because they're so big.

This is a very interesting point! I have noticed something similar too, especially in online games. Many players choose female characters because of their small size which makes them difficult to target.

It is true that male characters often appear larger, move slower, and have larger heads which are easy targets. This greatly affects the player's tactics and success on the battlefield.
