Let's start with dermal fillers, which promise a youthful appearance but often result in a creepy distorted look, making people appear older instead.

Fillers are a big no, people must accept that time passes for everyone and embrace their age. These fillers make them look like the Michelin cartoon. We all want to age well and look younger but fillers aren't the solution, that is for sure.

There is also the trend called Buccal fat removal. Some actors hates the fact they have a babyface that make them looks like teens or worst 12 year olds on their 20s. So some actors try to look older by removing their facial baby fats and gives them dimples. Which makes them look worst.

Buccal fat removal will either make you look anorexic or look like handsome squid ward meme.

I don't think Kylie Jenner looks 40 in that pic at all. Her skin is clear and wrinkle free. She looks chubbier, and younger, like a teenager. Not an attractive look IMO, but it doesn't make her seem older.

Buccal fat removal on the other hand does seem to make people look older, and also kind of like an alien or a fairy. Also not my thing, personally.

As for buccal fat removal, it's concerning that this trend is gaining popularity when it can lead to a hollow or gaunt appearance in the face. People should embrace their natural features and focus on enhancing their beauty rather than altering it drastically through risky procedures.

I don't judge anyone who feels they need work done. However, I strongly feel most people who have all sorts of procedures done either look WEIRD or old and haggard.The strange thing for me is everyone in Hollywood seems to look similar. I honestly don't understand what the appeal is. Plus these surgeons seem to lack ethics because they will do work on anyone who has the money to pay, whether or not they need these procedures. I'm guessing they never turn anyone away.

I would personally never go down that route because I prefer to age 'gracefully'. I think older women like Helen Mirren and Meryl Streep are gorgeous, and that's the look I aspire to.

When women wore wigs, I could always point it out. My late husband always said it looked natural to him. I was like “It's fake hair! Are you blind?”

Now it's the cheeks! I HATE IT!! And you can tell it's fake. Their faces look so puffy! Who told them that makes them beautiful? Those puffy cheeks looks so UNREAL. Even when they smile it looks fake!

They need to get that stuff removed. Put those fat cheeks on a diet.

I love Kate Winslet and know she doesn't believe the hype. So down to earth and very comfortable in her own skin. But at only 48, she IS way younger than the ladies I mentioned. Helen Mirren is 78, while Meryl Streep is 74. All the same, I don't see her going down the plastic surgery route. I'd be disappointed.

We need to accept that we all get old and wrinkly. But there are lots of non-surgical alternatives that make your skin look good. OK! So I won't look like a 16-year-old. But I shouldn't! Because I'm 60+. Plastic surgeons make a lot of money because people can't accept the reality that age happens if you live.

There is an actress in my country who marries a plastic surgeon and make her daughter pursue a Plastic surgery course so she can have all plastic surgery for free.

Buccal fat removal is irreversible. Baby fat is not bad, it will make you look young in your 40s.
