I don't get much traffic from the bing. But I am not leaving any traffic on table either.

* * OK. I gave the Bing thing a try. The only reward I would be interested in would be a 5 Amazon Gift Card. Not really interested in the other rewards. Just to be clear. They don't reward in cash money!! That's what I wanted to know.

But with Swagbucks you might be able to earn cash for searching. Although I tried it once and it wasn't so easy.

So my conclusion is: Google is a way better search engine. But every once in a while I'll use Bing, earn some points and maybe get that Amazon gift card eventually. Won't hold my breath though. Need about 5000+ points.

* * OK. I gave it a try. Yes you can earn rewards by using Bing. But the only reward I would be interested in would be the Amazon Gift card. But by the time I earned enough points to get that reward, my kids would probably be reading about in my will.

To my last born child I leave a $5 Amazon Gift Card. I accumulated just enough points to earn this reward the day before I died.
 :) :D

Forget about it! I went back to using Google as my preferred search engine. :D

To be honest I have never used bing, and I don't plan to. I mean, I did by accident but I automatically switch to google when I realize it is bing. I don't say it is bad or anything, it is just a habit I think, to use google. At least for me. But I guess it does have a better search engine than bing does.

I notice that Bing is now part of the Microsoft corporation so I think it might be available to the UK. I installed the app which said it was compatible with my devices. It usually says incompatible if it's a US only site. :)

Yes I just googled it and it is now available to the UK

@sprite1950... that means you may now be able to earn through Bing! I know it's not meant to be a lot, but who knows how fast it adds up if use it regularly?

I think Google has well and truly cornered this market. You can tell from the answers here that most people use it. I honestly don't know a single person who uses Bing.

Im old schooled so It's Google for me. For me it's easier to use Google becauae I'm much familiar to it. It's like Mozilla and Internet Explorer been combined and for me its a plus because those are the search engine that im used to work with. Im not closing any doors, I'm still willing to learn but my go to guy at the moment is Google Chrome

Personally, I've always preferred Google's search engine interface than Bing. I've always noticed it be more user-friendly as well. The only time I consistently used Bing was for their reward program. But as that started to decline a bit, I went more permanently towards Google, which has taken care of all my research needs to date, generally speaking.

I am aware Bing still has a strong audience of daily users, but I don't see Google becoming dethroned anytime soon as the dominant search engine for the internet.

No. I have never used Bing or any other search engine apart from Google. Google is a part of my life and to move all my applications away is just too much stress. Even if a monetary system is introduced to lure clients away from Google, I would not be inclined to move.

I am using both but I still stick to Google. It remains easier to use than Bing. But Bing is also promising. Even better than the old Yahoo.

For me it is always Google. I have heard a lot about Bing but have never used it. The only simple reason is that Google never posed me with any requirement to do so. Google has always satisfied all my needs so there is no point in opting for anything else.

I've used both before but I prefer google, not because it's a larger company and popular but because the search engine algorithim is almost on spot with the search results.

I am surprised seeing this. This topic ought not to be discussed because for sure Google is the best search engine.
