Obviously don't care so much for upgrading every year.
So after this... I purchased a Leagoo T5 (a cheaper Chinese phone) in July ish? 2017. That's around 1 year and a half later. hmm. The Oneplus had malware that was effectively impossible to remove without rooting the phone but it couldn't be rooted? or rooted easily. I constantly got popup ads. It was nightmarish. The Leagoo was pretty good value for money (just over $200NZD). Occasionally the camera even took a decent shot. It had a finger print scanner, was nice and thin and originally got decent battery life. Unfortunately the call quality was poor and the battery effectively died and did so pretty early on. It gets to ~20% and then suddenly drops to 2%. I think it lasts ~ half a day max now.
I've just purchased a Nokia 7 Plus and am waiting for it's arrival.
