Here is what I got from their website.
Torch is a free and unique software that offers you powerful browsing together with built-in media downloading and sharing features.

Torch Browser is based on the Chromium technology platform, giving it fast browsing capabilities. With Torch, you can share sites you like, download torrents, accelerate downloads and grab online media - all directly from the browser. Everything you need is a just click away with Torch, so you don't have to use or download additional programs and tools.

Our software has a user friendly interface, is easy to install, and safe to use.

It looks good, but probably not as secure as chrome or firefox.

I think we all are satisfied with chrome and firefox, so we do not trust on other browsers..

I have been trying out Opera 17 (based on Chromium) and it is not too bad. Not as full of features of Chrome but does seem faster/more reliable than I found Chrome.

I think mozilla firefox is best because we can easily install seo tools in to mozilla firefox.

I hate how they stripped the new version of opera down removing all its features. You wantvopera 11/12.
