I've played league of legends since it was season 1 too tried dota 2 but it's not my style i prefer good and old lol

I choose LOL over DOTA2. I just noticed that LOL has more advantage than DOTA2 because in LOL, you can powerup or add more damage to your skills with weapons- an advantage for skill types or AP characters which is equivalent to INT types in DOTA2.
In DOTA2, when the game is getting late, it gives more advantage to STR and AGI types of characters.

I think Agi and Str may be generally better in the late game in Dota 2 but it is not always the case. Team composition matters a lot. Agi and Str are good but against a good and organized team, you may end up getting kited to death if you are not careful.

League of Legends for sure. This is just because I have always played League of Legends. I have played Dota 2 too but I didn't like it that much. For example in Dota 2 you have al heroes from the start which can be really overwelming. I had no idea which hero I wanted to play. In League of Legends you have the buy champions with in-game currency you get from playing games or which you bought. This makes it a lot easier to chose which champion you wanna play. Also, when you're behind in League of Legends you still can come back even if you're really far behind. In Dota 2 it becomes more impossible the more behind you get which makes it a lot less fun.

Thats the competitiveness of dota 2, mind game is important as well as teamplay, your team strategy is important in the start of a game so that you wont get behind.. its possible to comback when your behind as i said teamplay and strategy.

I would side with Dota 2 too here, and for those reasns above like the mind games and the extra strategy. I like the games that make you think, and I also have just played this one more.

DOTA 2. Played whenever possible. DOTA 2 is more balanced and of course, requires more teamwork as I call it. Of course, both are infested by toxic players so, just beware of that or ignore those.

Dota 2 over League for me. I tried both and my friends and I ended up playing Dota 2 after transitioning from WC3 Dota.

It's popular indeed, but it's obviously needed skills like last hitting(CS), teamwork and of course, your reflexes. With Dota2, there's always a way for comeback which makes it more balanced and exciting to play.
