The Air Force Research Lab at Kirtland Air Force Base recently unveiled the Tactical High Power Microwave Operational Responder (THOR). The $15 million system was designed with the aim of countering multiple drones at high speeds.

Small drones surveilling US forces have been an issue over the years and according to program manager Amber Anderson, THOR is capable of addressing that. After a live demonstration with local reporters she has said, "We want to drop many of them at one time without a single leaker getting through."

It's interesting that I can usually find a discussion about so many things on Forum Coin. It's one of the reasons I like this forum so much. There are many discussions about drones, but I picked this one to leave a comment on, even though I know this thread is 5 years old.

"Donald Trump vows to bring transparency to mysterious drone sightings"
Fields, Ashleigh. “The Hill.” The Hill, 10 Jan. 2025, https://thehill.com/homenews/administra ... -response/.

Trump says he's gonna give a report on the #drones. OK. That's cool. Meanwhile …

Uumm … PER THE RELIABLE US NEWS MEDIA … the government used their wonderful spy-tech toys to track the location of people who sent up drones AND they were arrested. (IF you believe the news.)

I kind of interpret the news. I think the drone reports were all “for show”.

* ONE: To show foreign countries they can be identified if they try to use them on US. You do remember the Chinese weather balloon that “accidentally” floated into US air space that we took down? You might also remember that when the US left Afghanistan we came back with a drone and took out a well-known terrorist who thought it was safe for him to stand outside on his balcony.

* TWO: Since the government “easily” located and arrested people who were sending up drones, this was to show Americans they can be safe in their homes even when they stand on their balcony.

That's my interpretation.

May very well have been for show. He (Trump) did come back with the report saying the "mysterious" drones were "authorized to be flown by the FAA." Say what? After all that racket man was expecting some tea.

Yeah, I heard that report.

That means they could have answered the question right from the start.

But they didn't!
Likely because they didn't know, they still don't know, or they know and don't want to tell you!

They're hoping the American public will buy the "FAA story" and not ask any more questions.

If anybody is asking any more questions, they're not getting any more answers.

That's the AGREED-UPON OFFICIAL COVER STORY AND THEY'RE STICKING TO IT!

Don't you think there are people in high-ranking government positions who will “officially LIE” about everything from aliens to drones to … unethical and sinister experiments conducted on humans without their consent?
