Shared some reports on my work at home projects at another social site but many here are not members there. Since you're not there, I have to bring my “information cheer” over here to share. Hoping it will make you happy!
Sorry to report on this but I can't share my “gold nuggets” with you.
REF: WebNuggetz : My Squidoo Alternative for Affiliate Marketing
This wonderful site that I have been using to help me with my affiliate marketing efforts is no longer accepting new members. The owners have had some difficulties maintaining the site, having to remove script placed the members, ensuring content quality, etc., so they're not taking on new members because they don't have enough staff to handle the workload.
Moving on …
It's that time of the year and most of efforts will be focused on social media sharing of my content, especially my affiliate referral links for products and services. Almost every year, I have started “late”. By late I mean, when it's holiday season you really need to start earlier than Halloween (October 31st). It's only August but I'm going to ramp my social sharing. I have several business pages on Google Plus and Facebook, multiple pinboards on Pinterest, and multiple Twitter accounts. Also, some of my websites and blogs allow the coding for the Amazon Native Ads. Hope that helps too.

In the post linked to above, I mentioned a site Literacy Base. I don't know what happened to this “apple”. I don't want to call it rotten. It's more accurate to say it's a mystery. I can sign in to my account, but that's all. Keep getting error messages when I try to navigate the site. Checked with other members. Nobody seems to know what's going on.
REF: Social Media Tips : Pinterest Alternatives
Regarding sites that are offered as Pinterest alternatives, my efforts on using Netboard have fallen by the wayside. I was also using something called The Bing Bing, but that went Bye Bye as well. However, I'm really enjoying using We Heart It and the Google Plus Collections. They give me another avenue for promoting my content and affiliate product referral links.
Pinterest, We Heart It and Google Plus Collections can all work together for the good.
Not mentioned in any of my previous posts referenced above, but I am also using Flipboard (create your own magazine) and continuing to use Tumblr (free social network/blog/microblog). Why? Because when tools and resources are offered free you accept them. If it turns out you can't use them, then no love lost. But if they prove to be useful for your home business projects, hopefully you'll earn enough to get their upgraded services or plans and expand your make money online endeavors.
Last but not least, wanted to try the new Blogger templates that Google introduced in March 2017; but didn't want to revamp my two current blogs being published using the Blogspot platform, so I created a brand new blog, a microblog actually, using the Emporio Blogger theme or template. Joie de Vivre Magazine. It's just a test. Hope it meets the approval of the owner (Blogger or Blogspot is owned by Google). If it doesn't pass muster, they'll delete my blog. I've had a blog deleted before. I cried. But I got over it and started again!
That's what's happening in my neck of the woods!
