I would like to add on to Rabadaba another app that has nothing to do with pics or chance surveys. It should be legit of course and international. Anyone with bright ideas?

I use WHAFF which pays you to download and use apps. Most of the apps I get are games. You will earn for downloading and then if you leave the app on your phone for an X amount of days, you will continue to earn small amounts everyday. You do not have to use the apps you download, you just have to have it installed on your phone and sometimes open it to let it run for 1-3 minutes. On good days when I have a few apps installed on my phone, I can earn about 30-40 cents in total. After they stop paying for having apps on your phone (usually a few days), you can delete them. You also get 1 cent everyday for checking in with them. If you have the WHAFF app installed and don't use it, they will give you a "welcome back" bonus of 10 cents. Sometimes I go a few weeks without checking the app and they give me this bonus to bring me back to the app. WHAFF pays via Paypal, Amazon, and other gift cards.

Another app I use is CashPirate which also pays you to download apps. They have a lower minimum for cashout ($2.50) and they pay almost instantly (less than an hour usually) after you request your money. They also have videos you can watch, but those pay very little.

If you don't want to download apps to earn, I recommend SlideJoy. It's an app that pays you for unlocking your phone. Basically they display some advertisements on your phone so whenever you unlock your phone, you can earn a little bit of money that they get from advertising revenue. I don't always have my data turned on my phone so the advertisements don't always display properly, but I still get some credit for unlocking my phone. It's not a lot of money, but I can usually earn a little more than $3 every month on this app for simply unlocking my phone.

I've been paid by all 3 apps and I still use them so they are legit

I am sorry if my comment won't be helpful to you, but Swagbucks has the app for mobile phone, and I know many people have made good money with the app. I don't installed this app on my phone, but I believe you watch short videos to earn points and then cash it for Amazon gift card.

I have used apps that pay you for downloading other apps but never got paid for them or the credits did not appear. WHAFF sounds interesting. I may have to check them out and see how I like it. I use the Perk TV app and can get a good sum of money from running the ads all day. I keep it running on my iPad and an older phone. I sometimes have it on 4 devices at once. The month before last I made $50 and last month I made $30. There is a whole family of Perk apps that you can use to make money with and the payments are in gift cards or you can order the Perk Plastic which a loadable Discover card. You just load your points to the card and it is pretty much instantaneous.

Considering the download requirements, WHAFF would however be best suited to users with unlimited internet plans.

I never heard of this WHAFF app before. When I searched it in the Google Playstore I got WHAFF Rewards and WHAFF Locker. Anyone know what WHAFF Locker is? I am wondering if its a lock screen app? My phone is nearly dead so after it charges some I might check this out. I am put off by the negative comments but it looks like kataomoi likes it so I will try it

you have to earn points and later convert it to money. the minimum amount of points for you to cashout is 5000, thats $5. its slow but it wont hurt to login once a day for few seconds. logging in everyday is equivalent to 20pts. there are other ways to earn there such as viewing videos and downloading sponsored apps/games..

With limited data it is not possible to earn through apps.Mine is unlimited but after 1GB the plan changes to 2g that makes the things slow.

Yeah, if you are only working on data then it's hardly worth the effort. I pay a lot for data and I don't earn nearly enough to cover the costs on apps. If you don't have Wi-Fi (or unlimited data/internet) you probably shouldn't look into earning via apps.

I am finding ways to change my broadband plan to wifi without spending much money,most probably I can start working on apps next month.

@Kataomi, that is great information. I was just about to come into this thread and say that all of those paying applications are pretty much useless, because that is the only experience that I have had with supposedly paying applications. But you have given me hope that they aren't all like that.

No you do not. They will have the lockscreen even if you are not online. However, the adverisements won't display and you'll just get the SlideJoy screen. It still counts though and you get some credit for it. I can earn about 10 cents each day just from unlocking my phone.

Okay thanks for clairfying that. I figured it was WHAFF Rewards but was confused by this WHAFF Locker. That is so odd sometimes I don't get stuff to load in mine either :S. So I clicked on WHAFF Locker and watched the little video it appears to be from WHAFF who also did WHAFF Rewards. It looks like a slide and earn app similar to those lock screen apps we hear of. No idea how the points work there but I might download it to and watch it and see how it goes earning wise. The comments are slightly more positive for that app oddly compared to the other one.

For me if i have to use this app it won't work for me as such because i wouldn't be working on the weekends because i do not have access to wifi and using data will cost me much more than i earn though its a good idea for someone who has enough time
