that is for free members. I think it goes like this, For example, you follow a streamer at 11am today, you need to wait again tomorrow at 11am to see offers available or still available at that time.

i am also hesistant at first because some says that their domain will expire this month, but they clarified it already that their domain wax extended till aug 2019. I googled to confirm, and they are right.
