Breaks are important for every person and this is the reason why we take small breaks during the day for lunch/dinner, tea/coffee etc and all these help us to reassess and work better

Taking break from online earning is good but only if you have other things to do offline to help you earn otherwise it is just not advisable.

Yes it's best to take breaks when you have other things to do or you have a plan for which you'll use the break as launchpad but mostly we take breaks to relax.

I didn't have much choice lately but to give up on some online work due to pressing offline concerns. All good now. it's only 1 week before the semester begins so I should make the most of it. I had my laptop checked and thankfully, after a quick diagnosis, they didn't have to take it. They ordered the parts from Lenovo and they'll give me a call when the items arrive. I was quite surprised to learn that Lenovo has 2 years warranty on labor and parts.

We need to have this attitude and it does help when you start enjoying even small accomplishments and they push you to keep going for bigger targets

1 hour regular break from the work is a good option. I hope to follow this and hoping that in near future this would help with the mind and the body.

It does help when you take 1-2 days break in a week but more importantly we should take breaks during day too and these are important to re-asses the situation and take timely action

I'll be taking break this weekend because I'm feeling exhausted because I didn't do well in sports betting and things aren't working as per my expectations.

Yesterday, I didn't think I took a single break from holding my computer surfing online. I didn't do much gigs yesterday, I concentrated on learning for over 15 hours, and rectifying my Binance account issues.

I never forget to take breaks and this is one thing I never forget same for food and water and of course breathing and it's an important part of life too and if we don't take breaks we will get sick

I think often taking the big breaks and then build your health both mental and physical helps out. I have realized that some of the time this type of approach helps a lot.

It's necessary to balance work time and break time. Without adequate breaks, productivity, mental well being and overall work performance begins to suffer.
