There were some viewing offers that I got credited for, despite the fact that I got redirected to an "oops this page is on another castle" type of error. Usually, that happens to the offers from users whose avis or banners aren't loading. I'm not sure why this keeps happening. I don't think it's my internet connection because I've tried it on my laptop, smartphone 4G and wi-fi. Perhaps my location? I'm labeled as Tier 2 so that might be it.

I think penalties are from errors from viewing channels.

hi anorona thier are No penalties if you view the channel for 3 to 5 minutes and Dont close the page fast.

You may check with the support. Anyway, this amount is much lower to USD10 hit by another user here.

They do penalize if you are unable to view or there is some issue with our following, so they are right on it

@verity, what I mean is if the page did not able to load like what sashenka said that when you click view channel the page will not
load properly with a notice “oops this page is on another castle”.

I bet those errors are
not considered as successful view but then they still add it to our point, and later on , they deduct it for penalty.

Back when I was a free member and the threshold was 10$, I reached 7$ in a month and a half, but then I got fewer and fewer offers and they increased the threshold to 20$. That was one of the reasons I upgraded... I felt like it would've taken me forever otherwise.

Today has indeed been slow. I got very few offers, unlike some other weeks. Fridays used to be one extremely busy with many offers.

The "penalties" that people are talking about are they not the PayPal fees. If you had $0.62 taken out of your payment, that is the fees charged by PayPal. If you had penalties then it would show under the failed follow or views. I have never received a penalty, but I have encountered a offer not found when I clicked on the view offer.

I don't think so have you had completed your registration on the site? As long as you are a member you can claim your bonus every day.

I already tried to follow. And what will you do to streamers? If i click it how long will I view it?
