I am wondering why some items end up going into the failed category? Has anyone experienced this issue? Does anyone know why this would happen?

How much is the minimum payout?

they have raised it to 20$.

I havent experience anything like that, however, I experience
errors on viewing channel sometimes, but still points are
being added to my account.

The more you earn the better it is for you as you can save the payPal feel on it and they do pay well if you are a paid member

I will as soon as I get/IF I get an answer. Just sent them an email. Let's see what happens. Like I said, I hope it's just a delay and they're still paying.

Apparently, sometimes it takes them longer to answer emails. Last time I sent them one was when their site was down and they responded immediately. I've noticed that they get more traffic lately, so perhaps they're a bit busy? I wouldn't have become anxious if I had cashed out at least once, but like I said it was my first request and losing $9.99 isn't something that thrills me.

@sashenka , I understand how you feel, I’d feel the same if I am in your shoes. I also notice that they are
getting lots of traffic lately, from 800+ before, now always 1000+ online users. I want to assume
that they are having a hard time handling higher numbers of payment requests. Anyways, I remember they also have social media account, you can also try rraching them through it.

I am curious about "higher numbers of payment requests".
If there is increased traffic and the number of users have increased there will be less opportunities to go around. Which means it will take longer to reach cashout. Also if they raised the minimum requirement to cash out from 10,000 points to 20,000 points it will take even longer now to reach cashout. In the final analysis with less opportunities and a higher minimum threshold, wouldn't the site naturally have lower numbers of payment requests? (and not higher numbers of payment requests?)

Yes, there are a lot of users online lately but it seems they also have more offers now. I am not a premium member and I am receiving a good number of offers daily.
Hope @sashenka receive her payment soon but this delay may be due to the high traffic they are having.

Yes and no. If you are a newer member as I am, you are bound to get more offers. Why? Because usually the same users buy follows and views and if you follow one person once, you can't gain credits by refollowing the same person that buys follows constantly.. I'm not sure if I explained it well enough.
But yeah, the following offers decrease for the older users -being available to the newer ones who haven't followed those persons yet- but you can still take advantage of the viewing offers.

UPDATE : I've received my payment after contacting them. I've incurred a penalty tho of 0.62 cents. It was probably from the viewing offers.

I think you are right, though I have not think about that. Though I still get follow offers, I think new members might get more. It's good that we have the view offers now, so we can still earn from it perhaps everyday if the streamers are creating offers for that.

Did they tell you why you got this penalty? Was it from clicking an offer too quickly?

I think penalties are from errors from viewing channels.
