Oh, that is a big number, can you imagine how great it would be if at least 50% of those users become active? Mylot would worth millions!

Back in 2006-2007, maybe as late as 2008, most days there were over 1000 (sometimes more than 2000) 'discussions' posted each day, but that was back in the days when "Name the 1 thing that is always in ur fridge" was a valid post (and got 1158 responses). https://www.mylot.com/post/35862/whats- ... -ur-fridge

That couldn't be considered a discussion, it was just a question, it is understandable that now that kind of posts are no longer allowed.

It is impossible to have all the members active , practically if you want that you should raise the rewards to a high level and that's not logic regarding the revenue of the site .

Now I see a few of such posts that are just questions or few words that hardly make sense. But then they are deleted quickly. I am really surprised that this post got such a huge number of responses. I have never seen any posts so far getting responses in thousands. I remember one post of Anna getting responses in 100+ and I thought that it might be one with maximum responses. And it definitely shows that more and more active users were there to have such a huge response. Now there are not much active users there.

Lately, the number of active users has decreased and it is almost impossible to find a discussion with so many comments. I really hope more users will start to be active there, it would be great for us all.

@nela13 I dont do this site anymore but when I was active, I only reply on people who replies on their threads. So most of my connections then are active.

Yes, these types of questions are having some specific answer and then there leaves no further scope for the discussion and that is why these questions are no more entertained in Mylot now!

myLot is NOT a 'paid-to-post' site. Your earnings will not update simply because you posted something. Please read the Earning FAQ section: https://www.mylot.com/mylot/earnings

Though it is claimed by the Admin of the site that the earnings are updated every hour , some times there may be some delay but be assured that your earnings are updated before you are paid at the end of the month! :D

You only earn if someone interacts with you, you earn from the interaction you receive (on your discussions and your comments) and not for your activity, even though your activity will bring you interaction.

I still think it is exceptional of myLot that when something gets deleted, you still keep any earnings that you may have gotten from the interaction to it. The only time they take your money away is if you get banned.

I am seeing old users being on the site and interacting with them. yes we are getting some new members also. Yes it is not having the traffic like it used to have in the past but the site is still doing good!

True, the site is doing good, and many old members are very active there. What I tried to say is that some old members disappeared since the pandemic and we have no news from them.

You know, better pay attracts more users and increased traffic.
