I have joined the site but still to start there. Time management becomes very tricky with managing so many sites. But it's encouraging to know that there are extra bonus and contests. That would definitely motivate users to stay active there.

Make sure you manage your time so you can logon each day and claim the daily bonus even if you don't have time for anything else. It would only take you about 20 seconds and it looks like they get better each day.
