Someone just wrote this in a discussion there:

I had requested for a payout the other month and just received it today

Maybe it is a translation problem? I don't have any idea where they could possibly have 'requested for a payout'.

Important thing is they got paid, but I read lots of things there that make me go "Huh??" :wtf:

Have you ever calculated the time spent on MyLot to earn that much? 8 hours a day? 18 hours a day? Even that would not be a fair calculation because it's not just math. You are an active member and a lot of people interact with you or view and like your posts. Since it's such a fun place for you, you probably don't even notice the time spent. But your point about MyLot NOT being a money-making site but rather a social site where you can earn some money should be well taken.

It should be. But I know you're still going to have to repeat yourself again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and ...

@cmoneyspinner you're just funny. Your last comments made me to laugh deeper. Without incentives i don't just think that person will be closer to mylot.

Actually I do indeed notice the time spent. It's about 10 minutes per hour while I am awake. It is less while I am asleep.

Many Mylot users do that, as they prefer to let the money add and receive a higher amount than receive small amounts every month. In my case, I prefer to receive every month. I received $7,36 this month.

Yes so why let it accumulate if the site cover the fees , high payments only favorable when the site don't pay fees for us .

I don't know why some people have a hard time understanding how payment there works. One lady (who joined 5 years ago) was confused because her bank didn't drop to -0- after she got paid and she wondered why she did not get all her money...and didn't seem to want to accept the explanation I gave her, which is that money earned in any month is not eligible for payout until the NEXT month, so what she had earned so far in April did not qualify to be part of her payout she received (which was for monies earned prior to April).

It is even written in the Earning FAQ that after becoming eligible for payment you will receive it the next month: "Any myLot user with accumulated earnings greater than or equal to $5 by the end of the month are eligible for payout the following month."

This is also why the cutoff period for earnings is at the end of the month and not on the 15th, which many people mistakenly believe.

I don't know to whom who are referring too but after 5 years is it her first payment? That is the only explanation for not knowing payments rules.

That's the deal, it wasn't her first one although it had been a few years (2) since she was last active.

Well, in two years she forgot the rules :| you did the right thing explaining how payments are processed, if she didn't understand that is her problem.

Mylot is legit, no doubt at the moment. But the earnings aren't worth it, I'll say the least.

I like mylot but i haven't dpend much time here daily since i have a full time job. To reach payout is kind of difficult for me. Anyway, i do not mind waiting since i do not rely on this income.

My average is around 8 plus dollars and I am satisfied. As they say 'What you sow, so shall you reap"

There are months that I don't reach the minimum because my time doesn't allow me to be there every day but I reach it quite often, it is around $6 but I am okay with that.

Mathematically only 0.17$ a day in average is sufficient to get payment , but you should be active everyday .

The old minimum average (pre-2013) was $10.00/34 cents a day, the lowest month I have had since they began paying again has been over twice the current monthly payout minimum.

That's good I think with 5$ minimum pay out it is easier than 10$ minimum pay out .

Once again I watched one of those people that doesn't quite have a perfect understanding of English suddenly pop out several perfectly written discussions...and of course they were plagiarized.

A new user for sure  I still don't understand why people think they won't get catched. Did he/she copied from an old Mylot user? It wouldn't be the first time.

I think I saw this discussion or a comment. The user was wondering why her balance did not drop to zero. And you were there to the rescue to explain how it works.
