Virily staff is perhaps quitting, if there is no income, nobdy will remain, however there are members (like me) who got their first virily payment, after reaching minimum in one year.

There is not much staff on the website because earlier they used to have live support and almost 4 members but now none.

Then this means Virily is going to be close with members becoming inactive due to non earning, Virily will be at loss.

You are right with the payment. I received #12 last week. But the issue is the no response of the admin.

The verification process of a user is totally unknown, they decide which users became verified ones, we can't apply or pay for it.

There are members who have written a few posts about this,i.e. having clear rules on becoming Verified. But it hasn't done any good.

THERE USED TO BE: At one time, they used to give out "badges" and there were certain things that could be accomplished to become a Verified User. It used to be that based on "your activity" and after you had gone through certain "levels", you would UNLOCK certain badges. But I'm not sure they give out User Badges any more. This site has over close to 7000 users. If 700 are consistently active, I'd be surprised. About 20 users are Verified. I had thought about trying to become a Verified User by achieving certain "levels". But the changes they made to the site were so drastic, the fact that it takes a long time to get your content approved, and the fact that admin folks don't respond to questions ... I decided it wasn't worth it.

It makes sense, the more badges the higher the possibility to became a verified user. I have some badges but I don't believe I will earn more. Right now I no longer make new posts as they aren't approving any content, only verified users are able to post there. It is sad because I really like the site.

It looks like the site is not earning much anymore so it is scrimping on the payments. Having more verified users will deluge the site with more payments.

I know how you feel. I also liked the site very much. I liked the different formats you could use to post content (quizzes, polls, lists, stories, etc.) I also liked that the community was lively. These types of communities start out good but they don't seem to have staying power.

Not here, I login the site as usual. The only think that is wrong with the site is their lack of support.

you still earn 30 virils everytime your content is approved, the more content the more you earn. the only problem is that they aren't approving content from non verified users.

It is confusing now with what is happening in the site. It seems like the admin are driving away the members.

Better to take break from the website and see how it goes so that may help in making some better changes on the website.
