I noticed that, I have submitted a post on Monday and so far they haven't approved it yet. Many people left the site and those that are still working there don't have the motivation to view posts as they earn nothing from it.

Yes, it looks like Virily is becoming a Scram site (that is scram and not scam) that members are leaving.

There is more there than meets the eye with regard to the Site's performance. I saw a post that has over 60 comments all abusing each other and for this the Site is paying at 2 Virils each!!!

I can see that the payment strategy in virily is going lower and lower. I would have loved to write for the site but under this conditions, I don't think I can.

It's connected with the websites earning and if the website isn't earning much from the revenue you cannot expect much but at least they are not looking like a scam.

Do you mean no sense comments or aren't people carrying a conversation? Maybe that is the reason why that post has so many comments

I'm sorry but I just can't put energy into the site when its future is so uncertain. Being loyal doesn't make sense to me. And I'm a very loyal person. I would not mind committing to the site IF I had confidence it would be there for a long time. But I don't. Each day I wake up I wonder: "Is it still there?"

You shouldn't feel that way. It's a social site. You're supposed to have fun making friends and making money. That's how these sites advertise their communities. That's the hook that gets you to join them.

Hmm.. way to go, a strategy we should also follow lol. It's those kinds that get paid there. The site does nothing about them but keeps on cutting ways to earn for everyone else. I would hate to see Virily bite the dust, I seriously love the platform.

Lol that is a good one @raaman. Virily is weird when it comes to sorting out issues. Considering the fact that they spent a considerable amount of time and effort on improving the site I would have expected more from them. I love the way FC bans members who misuse the site and takes care of the site.

And this is the first time it has ever happened to me. The other day my video share was approved but it did not appear in the posts stream. In fact, it does not even appear on my profile page where all of my posts appear. When I looked at the URL, I noticed it did not lead to my profile. Basically that means members and other viewers can not easily find my content to view and leave comments.
