Why should you read and upvote their posts when you are not even posting anymore? That is not right at all. I know of one person who did that constantly but seeing no reaction from me she stopped asking, instead picked up a huge argument with me.

I have nearly $6 there so I will [post every now and then until I make payout, I will continue with the site if things improve.

Alexandoy wrote:u are not posting anymore? I understand that commenting can earn you nothing. But earning 10 V for the login is a waste of time.

Every once in a while if I am in the mood to post something I will. My last post was something for "Song Saturday". But whereas I had made a firm commitment at the beginning of the Year 2020 to post regularly, the changes that the owners have made and made "silently" has made me rethink my online work strategy.

I decided use my time and energy elsewhere. I am trying different things like publishing newsletters, complementing my blog with a Facebook page, more social media marketing activity on Twitter, etc. It's all pennies but the pennies add up. Whereas with Virily, the pennies are adding up but at a snail's pace. I'm not getting any younger. :D I really don't have any hope for the future of this site. If it survives I'll be happy for the members who stayed faithful. If it doesn't, I doubt if any of the members will be surprised.

I do the daily sign in because I want my $10. I was halfway there before the value of virils dropped to almost nothing! Even if it takes months to get paid, It's still $10. The daily sign in takes less than 5 minutes. I can waste 5 minutes to get my $10. Just keeping it real bro! :D

@cmoneyspinner I also lost motivation when rules on the earnings were changed. I used to earn 400 V in a day but the changes left me with 100 or 200 V at the most. I refrained from posting more. But now I am posting regularly again and getting more V for my posts.

The post per say can fetch you 10-30 virils depending on the type , polls earns 30. However the rest depends on how ,any people comment on your posts and how much you comment on them.

Yes. I have noticed you posting. I don't know. Maybe I will try to start posting again. But I will really have to push myself. I can't really any point since there are small monetary rewards. However, I have to say that this site does have a good search engine ranking. So if nothing else, perhaps people can find me via a general search, check my profile, and if they are curious, visit my websites and blogs. I made sure that I pimped my profile when I created my account.

Ten virils a day may take you years to reach payout. Write at least one poll a day. I am pushing myself to do this, but they took 7 days to review my posts last week and the post I wrote yesterday and today haven't been published yet. But I will hang on there and watch how things pan out.

I login daily but that just helps in earning 10 virils but I don't have much of the option and waiting the website to make a move and start paying for viewing posts too.

I am considering doing the same as you, Virily is a good site and It doesn't take me so much of my time to write a poll. It is a little support to help the site and maybe It won't close

I'm a member on it but not too active on it due to the fact that their earnings are too low

Waiting? How young are you? Because I think it's going to be a while before they start paying for views.

In fact, I don't think they have any plans to pay per views. When they stopped paying per views, I think they were just "cleaning the swamp", a phrase we use in America. I think they got rid of the ones who were not loyal and the ones who want to keep the site going have remained. You can tell because if you look at those who continue to publish, it's pretty much the same members. They stayed.

I'm just talking based on my experience with this site and similar sites. Once they prove that members will still post even when they don't get paid for views, why should they start paying for views again?? It's just business.

I said "I THINK". I don't have any Insider info. I'm hoping the site owners will prove me wrong.

It seems that Virily is changing the rules just like that. Until now the viewers are not paid although the author earns a point (or points). What if the viewers would stop viewing posts then no one would be earning.

They are making it a website which doesn't pay much so slowly users can switch to other websites because there is nothing excited on virily.

I really, really like the site. But I hate the way they make changes there. The lack of communication also annoys me. Well, this disregard for their members is going to be the death of the site.

I realize that. That's why I decided, since some of the members want to keep posting, even though I earn nothing for this activity, I will view some of the trending posts and the recent posts. At least 20 to 50 per day. If something catches my eye I might even leave a comment. I'm doing this for my fellow members who apparently still believe this site is suffering some sort of "depression" and that it will eventually "recover". As for me, I really do think the site is going down.

Unfortunately, I think You are right, the site's traffic for sure decreased a lot as many members left the site, even though they still have some ads if they don't make changes to attract people and traffic to the site it won't last long.
