I think only way is that you should be relying on other payment processors and not the paypal. Promote more payoneer and paytm among users.

So then does paypal charge a fee when you receive money and also charge a fee when you pay for a purchase using paypal?

We must be understand it that paypal is not a charitable site. So it is not wrong if they are charging for their service.

I wish there will be time when all websites pay fee for us and at least we can get complete payments without any deduction.

We must be understand it that paypal is not a charitable site. So it is not wrong if they are charging for their service.

We know it is not a charitable site or organization. Paypal is a for profit business. It was spun-off from Ebay about four years ago. It has a current stock price of $103.59 and a market cap of $122 billion. Paypal was one of the first (if not the first) companies to offer an online payments solution. This does not mean it is the best solution or they have your best interest at heart. There are options. Even when we think we have no options there are indeed options. Never underestimate the consequences of a fee over your lifetime. They add up and eat away at you. Even major corporations try to reduce or even eliminate fees, taxes, duties etc that they pay. Costs add up and can reduce your bottom line.

Note: do you realize that even reputable stock brokers are no longer charging commissions? Imagine trading without fees its here. It is in the news. It started with new apps and has spread to other platforms. Sometimes fees are too high with no true justification. Have you ever experienced that? Brokers are not running a charitable site either but they have eliminated trading fees. Not only are fees too high but there is a realization that sinks in that sometimes fees don't have to be charged at all.

Aside from paypal, does a good bank charge you a fee to receive money like paypal would? Such as depositing cash, automatic recurring receipts, deposit a check, use your atm etc? No
Does a good bank charge a fee if you want to use your money like paypal would? No generally you can spend it without paying a fee.
Is a bank a for profit business just like paypal? Yes
Does paypal hold funds without paying interest on the balance? Yes Will a good bank hold your funds without paying interest? No
Can a bank come along and enter paypal's market? Yes there are no barriers to entry. Banks have various payment platforms even for online payments. There are many ways to send money online, offline anyline.
How about crypto? Does crypto have lower fees than paypal? Yes

In life there are many opportunities. Many options. Many roads. The same holds true for a simple online payment. There are options. When options are limited then progress is limited. When progress is limited then economic activity is limited. When economic activity is limited then the economy suffers. The masses suffer. When people want change but things are always done the same way yet expecting a different result. That is insanity.

PayPal knows there are too few options available to people so it can charge whatever it wants. Yesterday I redeemed 1500 FC and paid $1.13 to PayPal.

There is no competition in the market so PayPal can charge what they want and that's why I think twice before requesting for payment even at 10 dollars

I hope site owners could consider paying through most popular payment processor for each country.

Earlier I used to hate paytm but it's the best option for Indian users and this processor is recognized by the government also.

I agree with you. The problem is that most sites want to pay through PayPal and don't consider that it is not popular for everyone. Having several payment processors should be something that should be implimented in online sites.
