Let me tell you exactly what I did yesterday and how much the interaction I received earned me - I started 3 discussions, made 17 responses and 27 comments for a total of 57 actions by me. The interaction I received to that brought me just over 85 cents for the day ($0.8533).

I can't believe seeing people blaming the site for their own failures.

In a day, JJ can make 85 cents. By contrast to me, in a good month I'll make a dollar. But I don't blame the site. I'm just not that active. However, I never waste time there. Every time I am active, I earn something. Which means that if I were more active, I would probably earn a lot more.

The maximum I have earned in a day was around 50 cents. JJ is a long time member, very well known in the community, so his discussions get lots of comments which is understandable.

One of the better things about myLot is if something gets deleted you still keep any earnings you already have from it. You won't log in one morning and suddenly find several dollars (myLot does not use any 'point' system to calculate earnings) gone from your total (unless you got paid and the money is in your PayPal account).

I joined mylot this year and it's a good site. This is due to the enormous discussions and the many interactions with people all over the world. Not only do you earn but you also learn more.

I still think the people that go there to 'work' and then complain about not making enough have the wrong idea. It is not an online job, and if you think it is 'work' then no, you'll never be happy there. The people that do best go there to hang out and have a bit of fun talking to other people. They don't worry about the 'numbers'.

It's not a "work" site. I admit that I joined because a friend told me I could earn money. My friend and I were at another site where they promised to pay but didn't. I considered that a "work" site. But after being at MyLot a while, I concluded that it's not for "work". But it is a fun way to pick up some extra cash. I don't "work" at MyLot. If I were working, I'm sure I'd get fired for my strong political opinions. "You're fired!"

That is really awesome ,i am so encouraged and it can really be so motivating if you can have so much conversions for just being enganging in other peoples discussions.

You are welcome. You forgot to mention you also didn't have a lot of responses or comments. I know exactly why you had such good earnings and wondered if you would mention it...the entire point to this being that the number of comments/responses you get doesn't really define how much you will earn that day.

Now to wait and see if cmoneyspinner notices the same thing...

I have good days like that. But I don't go back over the days and analyze the earnings to see if I can duplicate the success. In fact, I hardly look at my earnings except when I sign in to see how much I have before I reach $5. Right now, I need 75 cents. I still say it's pointless to try to figure out MyLot's algorithm for generating earnings from discussions.

The MyLot Admin folks could probably breakdown Earnings from comments, Earnings from responses, Earnings from initiating discussions, etc. But they don't do that. They just show "Earnings from Discussions", which includes all your activity that earned. On March 5, 2021, I made $0.5450. I vaguely remember I visited more posts that day and interacted. Recent Activity and Top-Rated Posts. The day before that I earned a penny!

I already know you don't need to create a discussion to earn. I usually only create discussions if I need to get something off my chest OR I feel happy about something. Uuhh ... What exactly am I supposed to noticing? :?

Today is March 5th. You were not in myLot at all on March 4th. Care to take another guess how you earned that much today with absolutely no activity from you yesterday?

Those people who are disappointed there are just for the money type... If you do Mylot do not do it for money but for fun...

Laughs, not everyone love fun for nothing, when their is money, the fun becomes like fantasy. Meaning money is the first primary thing that comes in users mind visiting the forum.

Something so many fail to understand is that myLot is NOT a PTP forum.

The money is there, it is people that do not understand the site and refuse to listen to others that don't make any money. If I made 72 actions a day there I would get a boatload more than 72 cents for it...AND I'd have fun while I was doing it. :D

Simply put, they were high because of me. As I said, you are welcome. No, I am not going to describe what I did for you to earn that much because I don't want people 'gaming' the site. I did it to show you it can be done. It does not take a lot of time to earn there, but it does take getting people interested in what you do.
