Most people don't want to make the time commitment to get to know other people there. I have a double-handful of people that I interact with daily, they usually reply to something I write (that interests them) and likewise people I have known for 13-14-15 years there are liable to get responses from me (if they write something I consider interesting), but at the same time, anyone, new or old, will get a response from me if I am interested in what they are writing about.

That is awesome to know. So people joining there should be advised to make a commitment to interact with people.
Those are so many years you have been active there, wow!

I won't argue with you about this, I have my opinion you have yours. Personally I notice a big difference in my earnings when I am active and when I am not. I receive much more interaction when I am active.

Earning on myLot is about getting notifications , we Can get a lot of notifications only if we are very active there .
But relying on writing a good discussion wouldn't be a good strategy for always, many of members wouldn't reply to your discussion cause yourself don't respond to their discussions.

I won't argue with you. You have an opinion, I have facts. You can't receive interaction without creating actions but you do not get paid for those actions. Full stop. Have a nice day.

This is not a 'new' site it is 15 years old, maybe you should do some research before you talk about things you know nothing about

The site was much more active years ago, the first 9 years (2006-2015) showed a bit over 2.8 million discussions created, while in the past 6 years it has averaged about 100,000 discussions created per year (total number of discussions as of this post is 3,432,756).

Note: 222 discussions posted in the past 24 hours

Yeah you have to build a tone of friends there that will see you to be very reliable and actively enganging to other members.Your content also must be really interesting and unique to relate to.

Your content doesn't have to be unique and very interesting, most people write about simple things of the daily life, there are also many discussions about the weather, what is important is that you are active and start to know and be known in the community.

Just crossed the $16 mark for February with a day and a half to go. But I don't have a life so it's not surprising really...

I agree totally with you there are many discussions that are repeated such way such as " Good morning my lot " but there is engagement on them because the thread's writer known for the community .

Yes, and besides that simple topics are topics that everyone can answer because they also have some experience, everyone has breakfast, lunch and dinner and everyone has something to say about the weather.

I don't have mylot account but its an engaging forum the last time i visited it. Just that the pay rate is weak compared to the standard of other top paying forums.

There is no 'pay rate' there period. And I know one member that made $40 there this month. You can't possibly know anything about how it pays if you are not a member there earning.

Also your 'top paying forums'...does that include the ones that can't keep their payments straight? For 15 YEARS myLot has paid every time it is supposed to pay, and your so-called 'top' forums cannot make the same claim.

You 'work' in your forums...myLot pays you to hang out, have fun, and talk about stuff. I know where I'll be...

What drives me nuts are people that make statements like that. No one earns "0.04 coins for 20 comments" and I do not know how you think you figured that out. Comments are the low end of the food chain anyway, replies you get from responses and discussions earn the most.
