A lot of users stopped working there as it almost has no offers for international users now. Maybe you Can consider put new offers and some promo codes available to international users.

yes sadly they take all your points away if you dont login and do an offer,

The easiest way to know the difference if it counts or not, click your points at top right, if its highlighted green then that counts as an offer, if they are white, they do not count

promocodes are not considered an offer.
