Exactly this, plus: Is always nice to actually bring more users and KEEP them. Like make a little contest of sorts once a week. And those contests should link ads in some way

yes as long as fergal is paying us on time and running this forum in a great and managed way so they should earn good revenue also

Absolutely true. I too worked in so many sites, Some paid me promptly but some never bothered to pay inspite of requesting for payout and suddenly they disappeared too. Fergal is really a Gem of a person and a role model to all . So I wish to remain loyal and faithful to such honest person till this site exists

This is actually quite a good idea because people who purchased premium would need to post a certain amount per month in order to make it worthwhile. The biggest issue is that it costs Fergal even more than what he's paying out now.

I would probably eventually purchase the premium membership eventually, as long as I had the money to do so. I don't have too much money right now, but I have enough. XD

By giving advertisements in reputed sites , and by promoting members by conducting contests and games and increasing the incentives for referring, one can keep the site active and naturally lot of members will be tempted to join and naturally our revenue will increase

I think it would be better if you can offer some premium membership options. Members can opt for upgradation of their membership by paying a specified fee for some special privileges like more income from posting, no limit on the number of posts etc.

I don't know whether you have tried this earlier. I joined this site only recently.

You can also try to put some ads sideways if it is possible.This can increase the number of clicks if it is adsense enabled.

I am not savvy when it comes to website earnings but all I know is the advertisements. Popup ads pay more so maybe ForumCoin can try those annoying popup ads for a time. If the revenue is good, then why not?

You could embed a flash game of some sort somewhere on the forum and put ads on that. Maybe even offer FC for certain scores. I personally love playing games to kill time even if I don't earn. Or you can make an app like coin flapper and give FC like that app does, placing pop up ads on it after each round instead of no ads like coin flapper.

Make "ad page" where users click on all kind of ads. If user clicks at least 50 ads per week, they get 50 forumcoin. Something like that.
