Yeah, I do have break days and that is during Sunday. Sunday for me is holy and basically a family bonding day.

Weekends is good break but if you just have Sundays for me that's not enough because after that day is weekday again which means work days. You can still just collect your vacation leave and do one decent break.

I work online every day but when we go on a vacation trip, I try not to do work and to enjoy the vacation fully. This coming weekend, we have a swimming trip for an overnight stay in a resort. I don't plan to work on those 2 days.

I never intentionally take a break. I come for online earning whenever I find time in a day to do that. But there are days when the other jobs keep me too busy , there is some health issue, technical issue with connectivity or I am out for vacation, I don't come online.

Yes one has to take regular breaks to avoid getting burn out. That needs to be seriously thought about.

WIthout any device on our hand would be impossible nowadays. It's actually needed now like emergencies and to contact people easily. So I don't think it's a hindrance when it comes to family bonding.

Taking a break is needed either you can just stand up or take a coffee or anything to be away from computer or online for a minute or two. Then, we can go back normally with fresh mind.

I think its best, if we can take some hours break every day then we may not need any longer breaks and can do better
