I thnik that if we are active seeing others articles, commenting and give upvotes then they will see out content as well. The community is friendly and I people retribute and help each other. I wish I had some more time to spend there.

I am close to reaching the $10 payout. I have heard that there are others who have been paid more than once, I do believe Virily does pay. I blame myself for not reaching payout. Or maybe Virily can share some of the blame. I don't know. I don't blame them at all. Virily showed up right after Niume disappeared and Literacy Base went wacko! I have become very wary of sites with those payment models. Virily is very similar to Niume and Literacy Base. These sites start off great but quickly lose their fizzle and then disappear or something “strange” happens. Either way you, the writer, get SCREWED! All that time and energy spent publishing content goes down the drain. Frankly. I was just too scared to post my content at Virily. However, I have been there for a while and the site owners seem to be determined to make the site successful. They are promptly approving my posts but I'm still taking it slow. What I do like is that I can earn for all of my activity at Virily: posting, commenting, etc. And it's easy to create a variety of content: posts, lists, quizzes, polls. Maybe after I get my first payment I'll be more enthusiastic.
