I have installed before this app but I find it hard to take the surveys due to my demographic locations.

Unfortunately, surveys are reserved for users in certain geographic areas.
You'll have to identify different ways of earning.
Like you, I've never completed/earned from a single survey.

Lol, I have left the site after they have stopped many things for many countries. Just few days back I opened it to see if there is any change, and I noticed that my 1000 credits already gone due to inactivity. I knew that though.

They could use a another measure, via (email or text notifications) to come back to the site. Taking your credits way without notifying the other person is very rude.

The problem with most of the reward site is as you continue working, there will be less tasks available. When there are less taks reaching cashout threshold become very difficult.

These days Grabpoint owners are limiting the earning opportunities , they stopped giving promo codes , I worked on my account for 2 months and have given up since I haven't been able to cash out yet. I don't get any surveys or good tasks or promo codes.

I think grabpoints blocked my country as it serves daily tasks before but now it doesn't serve work to us. But its legit app or site.

I think @suny said he moved back to his country recently. Grabpoints won't allow you to log into your account from another country.

I used to earn quite well on this site but as the earning opportunities got less I became bored with it. I know my points will have gone now and I don't really have any interest in going back since they stopped the promo codes.
