I have almost 2600 points just by doing that. You can do offers and other activities on there to earn more points. I do it since it is easy to click on the notification and click on the submit button on the site to get my 7 points. Free money is free money.

Check your notifications as trivia quizzes will show up there. I often get a popup to tell me there is a quiz . If you are only doing the app it may be slightly different. You get more to do on desktop I think.
