Well, recive 17.5 instead of 18 happens but is not a big problem. For me it's ok, is how it is.

The follow problem i guess you are using chrome, right?
The solution when a follow don't work with chrome ( happen sometimes ) is click in the follow with another browser. When a follow dont work for me with chrome ( only happen sometimes ) i click in the follow with firefox ( works perfectly )

Sometimes, Follow button doesn't work for me too. When I click it, it just stays like that. And, I don't even use Chrome browser. They should answer our questions first and foremost.
