Recently, I prepared egg salad which I have never done before!

A day or two ago, I took a bite. Nasty!

Did the egg farmer give bad eggs?

It is true, things are getting worse everywhere, everything is an excuse to raise prices, the wars, the covid, the migrations, the weather, I don't know but soon it will be impossible to live with an average salary.

With Christmas approaching the price of eggs will certainly increase even more. My chickens, as it's cold, don't lay as many eggs and I don't know if I'll have enough for Christmas.
