Here is what I have got from them and this is not for the first time so I have no worries about it
Your Paypal reward has been disapproved. Disapprovals usually occur for one of three reasons:
1) If your account is still active, it is likely that we were not able to send a reward to the registered email because we received an error when attempting to send a reward. If Paypal, the possible errors we can receive are as follows: - Can't send your payment right now. - Unable to send personal payments to your country You can also attempt to redeem again, or redeem a different reward. Also, you may receive an email from GrabPoints (via
[email protected]) and can follow the instructions in the email to redeem your reward again. If we are unable to send a second time, you can email
[email protected] to ask for the specific error message we are receiving when attempting to a send a reward, and you can send to Paypal for further assistance.
