Actually that post isn't doing particularly well. It's had about 50 views and almost no hype. Really disappointing.

All I know's that in the past when I've tried to write so various sites, the amount of views don't always reflect the quality of the piece. I know it's no real comfort to you, but that's mys observation.

The site is again facing the same problem, it is not registering views.
@Gina- Congrats and let me add no one is doing well on that site right now but you will see your post will register a number of views soon.

Thanks @suny. I hope you're right. None of my posts have ever done particularly well at Niume so I just assumed the topic wasn't popular.

Me too, I wrote one post the other day just to test the waters for views, but I only got 7 points so I will just check the site from time to time. Will check this thread too for more updates.

It's not for the first time the site is facing this technical glitch but once they sort this problem out all pending views will be restored.

I think during the glitch time it's not worth bringing traffic or writing for the site. It may not even register the views.

The best traffic source is twitter. You can share your posts every 2-3 days (it is allowed to share once in a day though). If you have enough posts then you can certainly have substantial number of views by sharing on twitter.

@luciaanna I did find that on Terms and Condition too, but the site says to share the post most of the time, something like that. It means the site is allowing you to share your blogs at Twitter again.

I have been posting and sharing my articles for almost 8 years now and no one has ever objected to my sharing because as long you bring traffic from genuine sources it is always welcome.

Perhaps they're discarding views from people using ad-blockers. I guess that would be fair because they can't really be expected to pay us if they're not earning anything. If the site loses money it will eventually be forced to close and then we'll all be losers.

Maybe they just don't want to admit that they are having issues. This happened before and then everything got back to normal and our views were counted. I am just going to be patient and see what happens. I will continue to share my articles every day.

If they will not say anything about it, we will keep guessing and guessing. I really hope they will provide a statement that everyone will know because I have a friend that keeps on posting her blog and I even shared to her that the views are not moving. If I did not say it to her, she will not know and I wonder why she doesn't noticed it. For now, it will be a waiting game for us for the views.

The writers always at the passive side in the games, hope we all get paid and the Niume will keep paying and pay fair to the writers as ideas of thought are not a free thing.

@cesi That is part of the pay per view sites. The site owners do not pay from their own pockets but we have to earn for us and for them as well. So, sharing is the key factor in this.

Noted, @suny, thus write and share is the key in Niume. Recently, sharing doesn't work for me.Sigh!

Nothing is happening whenever I share my posts, even the old post. Twitter is saying someone Retweeted it, but the post views is not moving so I guess they stop earnings from views from old posts and they only allow the views of your new post on the first day you posted it. I am just assuming on this part. I don't know if this one is only happening to me or to other people as well. I posted a new one on the other day and reshared it yesterday, it did not even moved.
