Re: Are you still earning well online?

Postby kataomoi » 03 Mar 2026, 06:13

I've actually been doing better, but that's because I've started to focus more on earning online again. I've been able to double my earnings in the past month and I'm hoping to earn even more in the upcoming months.

If you work for several days for 5 $ it is not considered as online work but beginners tricks.

Not sure where you got that from or why you quoted my response, but that's not what I'm doing. In this economy, working several days for $5 is a joke.

That's good, but what do you actually do, because almost all sites and forums pay peanuts.

Honestly earning online is getting easier than ever because there are so many more opportunities now. People used to see online income as scams, and hardly anyone liked earning online. They were all about having a "real job". Nowadays, online income can be a real job or a very solid side hustle. You just gotta do research and know where to look.

Yup, my online earnings have dropped significantly. I'm always on the lookout for more opportunities, but now that I teach online and have tasted real online earnings I can't go back to breaking my back only to earn beer money. I've now started taking on private students, teaching them via Whatsapp, granted I've only got 2 for now. I've also started teaching slots I used to refuse. We just gotta change with the times/situation.

I stopped doing online work because of the very small earnings they pay us. But with this forum site, I get back whenever I would have free time just for connections and for old time's sake and not for earning anymore.

Microjobs and like page for 4 cents or join site for 10 cents is not intermediate level of earning it is for beginners like well said.

In simple way you should not have PTP as main source income.

It's always safer to diversify your online income. Using these forums as a boost alongside other income sources would be best.

Everything seems to be dropping at the moment, even my lessons. I find myself with chunks of free time with no lessons. I used to regularly get 4-6 lessons at the weekend, now those come and go. This weekend I didn't teach a single lesson. So I'm busy looking for a remote but local job with a guaranteed monthly salary as well as benefits.

This is definitely the best thing to do right now with how things are going.

Things change fast on the internet, so having multiple ways to earn money makes a lot of sense.

True, especially now that most of the online sites and platforms often pay very little.

Now is actually the best time to earn online. There are so many more opportunities compared to before, and they pay so much more. You just have to know where to look and change the way you're thinking. It's not beer money any more - people are able to make an actual living off their online income.
