I have a new sport forum that will be added to my network of forums where Discussion Bucks member will be able to earn from posting. The plan is to have all my forums connected to Discussion Bucks D-Bucks. I hope members will be able to hit a button and move credits from those other forums to Discussion Bucks and then just cash out your D-Bucks. Should be cool I hope.

Interesting response. I have only found 2 topics relating to the superbowl. A check of just that by itself indicates those are apparently the only 2. The latest one was posted in 2019. The vast majority of all sports related topics I have found to date are from members in India or Countries in Europe with just a few from the US.

Based on the high total count of posts compared to unique topics, it appears sports topics do receive a high volume of replies, but a lot of keywords also bring up many topics that have nothing to do with sports.

Progress report:
as of 2/9/25 (so far)
20 topics per page
436 pages completed
8720 posts reviewed
160 unique sports topics found

This would be very sweet to have. I bet I would be active on a daily on that sports forum.

Go back to page one to answer some of the identified sports topics now to provide evidence that there is indeed interest for me to continue the research on this new section. Without that evidence, there is little incentive to continue this research. It is for you, not me.

Let Fords8 bring his sports forum on. Forum Coin is sleeping on a chance to become bigger. Discussions here are very boring already.

My sport forum will become part of my network of forums. All the forums in this network, users will have a chance to earn with them and move those credits to D-Bucks on Discussion Bucks. Well that is what I am planning. Not going into to much detail just yet.

The research has identified over 200 existing sports related topics on ForumCoin that are now ready to establish a sports forum section here. There are many more pages to research, but it was a lot of work to pull up older topics and there needs to be enough current member activity on sports topics to put it in focus for any decision.

The rest is up to members and activity on sports topics enough to convince Fergal that such a section is justified. It just won't happen unless members indicate enough interest with new topics and answering those that are already identified. There is still a lot of work involved to move all those topics and he will need a valid reason to do all that added work. Without that member activity here, he may just leave it all to other existing sports forums on other sites.

I am excited about it and probably Fergal may also plan adding a sports section after successful onboarding of sports niche by dbucks

Go back to the list on page one. Use the keyboard combination "ctrl" plus "f" to look up your own interests. That will take you directly to any topic that includes that keyword.

Entering cricket will point out 16 topics you could check out right now. Some are timeless and some are dated.
Entering hockey will point out 3 topics at this moment but they are about past events and too old for added content.

The list of researched keywords is above the list of the topics and can give you some idea of what is already posted right there waiting for your replies. Scroll through them all, or just enter keywords that relate to your own interests to find those you can answer now. Just look at the list and dig in. Don't forget to post new sports related topics as often as possible. Fergal needs to see a high volume of related activity from many members to even consider adding a sports forum section.

I think having a section will make things easier, because not many including myself likes to search for keywords

Yes, that is the whole point of what I am trying to get you to understand. All the effort of hundreds of hours of researching and assembling that list of existing topics was to see if a sports forum section was even feasible. Now all those topics are right here in front of you. Using the search system and keywords is a fast way to find topics of personal interest. You don't have to use the keywords; that just makes it faster and easier to find particular topics of interest.

The provided list is pretty much equal to 5 pages of topics on the site, all in one list. So if you don't want to use the search system, just scroll the list. It does not include all the added information with each listing but all the titles are all right there to choose from.

The whole point of asking you to go through and answer them now is to demonstrate to Fergal that there is interest in a sports forum. If he sees no activity in this area he has no incentive to even bother to look at it. You mentioned you wanted to see a sports forum section. I have done everything possible to get this together so you have a chance to make it happen. It is now up to the members who are interested in such a section to show a true interest enough for fergal to see it. If members with an interest in a sports section don't actively post new topics about sports and those same members don't even bother to answer multiple topics about sports, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. Fergal needs to see sports activity enough to entice him to even bother to work on it.

If you want a sports forum section, prove it.
