Yeah many bosses care only about the success of their businesses not the well-being of their employees and this is one of the reason some employees developed the habit of disloyalty.

WWE is gradually losing its ratings, it isn't popular and intense as it used to be before. It is always ideal for a fellow competitor to run ahead of the other when it meets the demands of supporters. I am not surprised seeing AEW overtaking them this time.

Once even WCW made WWE lose its face.
Almost all popular employees Hulk Hogan, Macho Man, Diesel, Razor, Ric Flair, Lex Lugar etc went to WCW, but Vince succed to destroy it.
I blame NWO storyline for it, paid supporters did not work out.

WWE is kind of doing what WCW is doing now. To get ratings WWE now open the forbidden doors and will allow wrestlers from Impact Wrestling to wrestle for their company. THey got a shortage of wrestlers after firing lots of them. Forbidden door was started by AEW since AEW crossovered with Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling, AAA, New Japan Pro, Ice Ribbon and other wrestling companies. After AEW ends ties with Impact, WWE is now trying to work with Impact. The unnecessary firings of hundreds of wrestlers now forced them to use wrestlers from Impact which is funny because a lot of Impact wrestlers are former WWE.

If you have an employee and they are happy with their jobs, you are a lucky employer because your business will run fine and everything will be alright. So you need to keep them happy all the time and you will earn more from your company

Now HHH has taken over, so WWE is working with employees, but shows are getting bored.
Recently Survivor series was a complete disaster.

All I want from my place of work, is for them to recognize my hard work towards the success of the company and maybe some compensations to go with and that's what Tony is showing and it has made him more loved by wrestlers,.
If your boss can see and appreciate everything you do, you would want to do better and add to the growth of the company.

It improved though compared the Vince Era. I just hate how Damage control is handled and I do not like how The Rock's family are still not losing.

Bobby Leshlay could be the best bet to end Roman Region, all others are used for losing.

it would be very good if all companies apply the principle of make employees happy, so employers will be happier. But in fact what happens out there mostly is that employers make their employees unhappy because of the large workload with less than equal pay.

That's the truth, you can't get what you don't give out. Make a worker happy then you would be happier that's the key to being happy too as a boss.

I have not gone for jobs where I was accepted. They were well known brands when it comes to posh schools in my city. But when I went there for a guided tour before joining, I could sense a stressful overworked environment and also the toxic competition between the employees..I am happy with my small set up part time work. I feel productive and heard there. Every one prefers a happy work environment and healthy work relationship between the employees.
