AEW is a company owned by Pakistani American Billionaire Tony Khan. He co-owned it with Cody Rhodes.

AEW will never hire Hulk Hogan because he sabotaged Impact Wrestling for WWE. he also says the N-word a lot.

It managed to hire some big WWE names like Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper and Chris Jericho. They also stole the biggest stars of Impact Wrestling like Bryan Cage, Allie and Lucha Bros. They also have Kenny Omega from New Japan pro.

What differs them from WWE? They offer Healthcare, Union ,Insurance, Creative freedom, They are allowed to wrestle outside AEW if they don't have storyline for the moment and the salary is the same with WWE.

They have lighter schedule too. WWE wrestlers must do House shows everyday, which abuses their body and mental health. AEW wrestlers don't do house shows so they can rest,spend time with their family and do side jobs. Guess what they are paid the same salary with WWE minus the body abuse of house shows.

AEW wants to make sure their wrestlers can still walk before they turn 60. Since most wwe wrestlers are like Wheelchair bound by the age 60 or worst dead.

Yeah same with The Rock he knew it was better to do movies... and more money.
But he used his WWE fame to get there. Yup they will all move on to AEW
or just go into TV or movies.. or hell even Podcasting like Stone Cold did..

Ronda actually tried WWE for a year but gave up after not being able to handle house shows. I am sure she is happier with Twitch and Youtube now. Also she was away from her husband for a year. No wonder she quits. She lasted longer in UFC since schedule is lighter.

Or he should just retire and Let his son in law HHH run the company because the employees actually loves him. HHH is good for the company. His son Shane and his daughter Stephanie will just be clones of him.
