Re: Anyone writing at Niume?

kaka135 wrote:I just came across this site, it's a blogging site and the current payrate is $1 RPM (1000 views = $1). Minimum payout is $10, and pay to PayPal.

It seems like this site has started since 2014 or 2015, and the web design looks good. I am not sure why I didn't hear about this site until now.

But, I don't think I have spare time to write there now, as I am busy at TinyCent. TinyCent pays better (200 views = $1), but this site looks well established and promising.

I am just wondering if anyone is writing at this site and has got paid. ;)

You can check out the site here: https://niume.com/
The help section here: https://niume.com/pages/help/

From the looks of it, this is the kind of site I've been looking for, I'll look into signing up.

I learned about the site from Andria and I think it is well established. I also love the interface of it, it is professional like. Though I am still thinking if I will join.

I have a lots of question on the site, what is the meaning of Hype? Is the the term for a Post?
How can I know if I get an earnings? It only says $10 for minimum payment to Paypal.
I tried posting, I started one blog and I love how it looks like. I wonder if this one is a good site and I wish too.

Moreover, every post you submit should contain either a video or a unique image. I think the admin demands so much from writers without paying commensurately.

Hype means to go viral and be popular. That's how they anticipate more views such as when a YouTube clip or tweet goes viral.

Did you see my post where I found they have put the domain up for sale?

I have joined the site and written five posts there but too much time is taken up by tinycent and I am left with little time for other sites.

@Lexi....thanks for sharing :) I just went looking and the site is still seemingly standing! It does look like a nicely put together site, but I can't help but wonder if there'll come a time when the site will change hands and the members possibly left in the lurch. I'm just glad I've moved on from these types of sites. Too much aggro for my liking.

Yes, I agree with you. A door closes, and another door will open. Just hope the door can remain open for longer time, but not just close suddenly without giving prior notice. ;)

Slow, do you mean by the site is loading very slow or earning slow?

LB always stops me from visiting as it loads slow. :D

They do come and go, don't they? Each new one seems to demand more for less as well.

I think the key to all of these sites is getting in early. Take the money and run, before they shut the doors.

I meant slow earning...You need 1000 views to earn 1$. We can earn much faster at tinycent. I have written 5 posts on niume and may occasionally write one or two but focus is going to be tinycent.

I think it is Slow in Earnings as it needs 1000 views for $1 and for that, the rate per view is 0.001, if that is the case, click PTC ads on Clixsense.

I posted one and I think I will just observed the site. This gives me the impression that everything online is with slow paying sites. I understand anyway.

I have not yet written any post in that site because 1 cent for 10 views is too slow for earning. I would have done if the rates were some where like 3 views or 4 at the most. To earn $1 in this site would need 1000 views which is way too much.

I have written five posts there and with two referrals, my earning so far is $2.29 . The only way to earn quick there is through referrals but how many referrals can we get. I am sticking to tinycent for now.

@Lexi Thanks for the information on that domain for sale! But it seems like no one noticed this important bit and go on with the site!

@angie10 They will be in standing for a while until someone buys the domain. With this kind of information, it's a no-no for me!

Re: Anyone writing at Niume?

Since the whole Bubblews debacle, followed by being cheated by a few other short-lived sites, I've become very sceptical about joining any new writing sites I come across. However, when I looked at Niume everything about the site looked really professional, so I signed up and have now published one post.

I was a bit distressed earlier when, after I mentioned Niume on another forum, I was directed to this discussion with particular reference to the comment about the domain being for sale. I was really planning to concentrate on quality there, but now I'm undecided about how to proceed. Photography is one of my hobbies, and I really don't want to publish my best photos there if I'm likely to regret it later. On the other hand I don't like using free photos off the internet unless I really don't have something else that fits.

Maybe after all my best way forward is to concentrate on my own blogs, even if they don't earn much.

Sorry @Gina145 about this bit of information! I know you're a careful person and I don't want you get burned again. I see lots of activities with this new site on BJ too, but after seeing the screen shot that @Lexi posted, I am at a halt! For me, it is not worth investing the time even though I need to make money!

Well, I'm glad that your money's slowly building up! You're lucky you can get some referrals, but sadly for me that'd be a mammoth task, as nobody I know is interested in this sort of thing. So based on just that, before considering all else, there'd be no point me joining.
