There is no motivation when you are doing something you enjoy. I am lazy as hell but am happy to play 2 hours of tennis. It's a lot of fun. Mowing the lawn, on the other hand...

Yours is an applicable exercise method, especially for those with unlimited internet plans.
How about those with limited internet?
I guess it'd be prudent to walk, skip, jog, etc.

Yoga is something that really interests me, but it's rather expensive here :( Not sure I can afford it right now.

Buy a kettlebell, write down a list of exercises.

Or join a local sports club eg tennis, squash, netball.

Yoga is good because it is meditation that clears all the pressure, stress and negativities in your brain. There are lots of Yoga tutorial at YouTube that I watched before and tried. At present, the only problem right now is that I can't move a lot but I can still do Yoga and I think Yoga can really help me right now.

Occasionally going on trekking a few kilometers or jogging is good exercise for the body especially for the fat

I do not have enough time now to spend for daily exercise because of work and other important matters. Although this is very important, I hope I can still work it soonest.

You could download the youtube videos off of someone else's internet connection, and watch the videos offline whenever you want.

My depression has been bad ever since the incident with the cleaning job. I guess due to that the most I have done is gone to the beach and walked along the coast thinking and such. I would like to walk more but my motivation and energy is at 0.

Working out is said to have a profound affect on deperession. It actually really helped me get some of my power back when I ws depressed a few years back. I hope you are doing well though, as I know what that struggle is like.

I'm glad to hear that so many people are doing some form of exercise. It's a strange fact but exercise seems to give you more energy.

People are far more aware about their physical fitness than ever before they leave nothing to chance. Most of the people in my circle are giving some time for remaining fit.

True. Also here people are now more aware for fitness. People who were never doing any exercising, now they go for jogging in sports club and joining gyms.

I for one don't like sitting in one place for long but as far as keeping fit is concerned I do stretch exercises at home and walk a lot too

One of the main things that people who work online are often worried about, is the lack of exercise. So to make money from home working out would be absolutely ideal. Killing two birds with one stone.
