Sometimes I do take a break for my online sites whenever I am busy doing other things or if I feel tired and need to rest for a while.

That is a great thing to do. Taking rests reenergizes you for more work ahead. Also, doing other tasks offline is good as it reduces the chances of making online work to be boring.

Yeah I agree with you because working all day in front of a computer is not really good for our health and we need something to work for us to be more motivated.

We cannot stop taking breaks because they are important and if you are able to earn without taking breaks you will be at profit but you will get sick too
