I think it's because the site accepts people with a low level of English, as long as the post is readable and understood by other users, the site accepts the post.

From what I have noticed, Mylot has members that only work there and those members often get more than $20 a month. Lately, I am not so active and I end up taking 2 or 3 months to reach the minimum.
