No, I'm not a premium member. I always had a bit of hunch that this website is not trustable so I never did upgrade there. But, it would be best if they could refund money to those who upgraded on their website.

For now is fine and yeah i hope not be banned or i be sad and annoyed ( like was with twitchfollows ) but truth is i have made almost 200 so far that i think wont be possible if im not premium.
Plus i was the 1st here to be premium , was a risk that i take.

Kaka is the one who started these thread. I think shes the first one who buy premium package but until now she dont share if shes still in twitchfollowers or already banned too.

@verity , say what you want , do what you want . I probably should have ask for a refund when was banned for twitchfollows in January , hey? Who knows , maybe they have closed sooner if i do it .

Though the refund is not looking possible, because they have already stated on their website that all purchases are final and they will not issue a refund under any circumstance. But still those who want a refund can try emailing them, if they do, it would be a great. I wish they do refund!

I also think refund is not the option and you cannot expect to get the money back so if you are not willing you should leave the website.

Are you a premium member? If you are not a premium, how long did it take you to reach the minimum? I am not and I haven't received a payment from this site yet.

I thought you guys are talking about a paypal dispute. How you guys gonna ask for a refund if cant enter the site. There is the email somewhere? Also like was mentioned i think says something when you upgrade about that money cant be refund

Good for her if she still not banned I'm just newbie in twitchfollowers and already out of luck .

I've asked for a refund and got this email from them

"Unfortunately we don't offer refunds and it is stated in our website that "All purchases are final and we will not issue a refund under any circumstance. If you apply a Chargeback, we will remove all gained followers and your TwitchFollowers account will be banned for life.".

The problem is that How to apply with this Chargeback?

As a streamer, the attitude of the followers from this service is the reason I won't avail their services. None of you will really watch me nor follow me since all you care about is the Green. Not the audience I want to be associated with.

it's still very doubtful because I don't think they will pay all users and only some will receive payment which is not a good sign for us.
