I am sure I am not going to be one of those 100 you will follow @JJ because I have no interest left in that site. You can see that I have had no more than 3-4 discussions in the last 3 years or so and never found it worth my time even if I visit and read a few. I always come back without any comment on them.

Well, I am gonna give it one last shot. Not starting any discussions, not welcoming any newbies, not following the Most Recent Discussions list, following 100 people (right now) and only responding on some of their discussions and no where else. Hopefully not being stuck looking at the same old boring questions time and again (which most times are not really a discussion in my opinion) will help me tolerate things enough to be there.

I started a discussion and the New Admin person sent me a message telling me it was not discussion. I have been there since 2017 and the Admin never contacted me about anything. But the discussion which they said was not a discussion about 6 to 8 people had already commented on it. That felt very weird to me. When you have been on a site for years and rarely communicate with Admin because you have no reason to - you never have problems - and all of a sudden you get a direct message from Admin ...

I don't know what to think. (????) I felt like I was being picked on. Maybe it's just me but I was trying to decide if I should continue at MyLot and that message added a point in my column for CONs instead of my columns for PROs. I'm confused. Am I being too sensitive? Anyway! I have not been back since the New Year started.

I think the only difference between Facebook and Mylot is that Facebook pays you nothing for your activities (Barring the commercial activities) and Mylot pays you a small amount (next to nothing) from their earned revenue.

Are you on Mylot too? I wouldn't argue with your comments in terms of earning through normal chats, it is better off than Facebook. But Facebook has many ways to earn for the business people more than Mylot.

Many there make more than a dollar per day. But I bet that it would be a lot of time spent there. Here on FC, one can earn a decent amount by making a few posts and spending some time. But then here it's not wise to keep on posting as our earnings per post reduce after certain numbers of the daily posts. Mylot has no such restrictions and so people with more time at had can spend time there and make good. Many make $1 daily there as they claim, making that amount here would be next to impossible.

It was slow going for a while but it seems like the pandemic actually helped my earnings increase. I don't know if there is a direct connection. But I noticed my earnings picked up starting in 2020 and that was the year the pandemic was announced.

Maluse has finally pushed Admin to the point that she was banned this morning. I'm fairly confident a lot of people there will think she didn't deserve it, but they probably never noticed how rude she was to people quite often.

So The Digital Karen is gone? She is one of the reasons why there is a shortage of Zoomers in Mylot. She bullies Newbies who post about modern pop culture and things she is not interested at. She bullies people in a way without breaking rules. She corrected people's grammar without their permission. Might be one of the reasons why Younger people became an endangered species in Mylot.

Yep. I thought it needed to happen a year or two ago, but better late than never. Everything (according to her) was always the other person's fault or a 'glitch' in the system was responsible, but never her.

I have not visited MyLot since the beginning of 2022. But I remember this lady. She used to get away with being rude a lot! I can tell there is a new Admin if they banned her.
