Really hard to catch some streaming offer today since they only have one offer mostly and it filled up so fast. Like, I see only 3 watching and when I click to watch 20 spaces all catched up.

Better you request payment straight away after reaching $20 and no need to wait since there won't be any issue with the fee.

They still Allow you to view the offer and complete it even if it's full and don't pay for it.

There are really some offers that sometimes cannot be completed which I also wonder, I think that the site should work on this.

This is not new and is seeing this since I joined the website but since its hard to remember if you already completed the offer or not I tend to click on it many times
