I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "What money is always." Could you please provide more context or clarify your question?

In my country the dollar conversation rate is more than extra as one dollar is equal to three hundred Rs. I can buy a lamp, watch or even some cloth.

The best way to acquire huge money is to invest and it starts from a single dollar the same as a single step we can reach our destination if we continue walking. And in achieving richness everything starts from a single dollar doubled with hardship and perseverance to endure along the way.

A Dollar can't really do much in my country. Even when the conversion is very high, inflation has eroded the benefits one would have enjoyed from the high conversion rate of the dollar. It can buy ice cream in a fast food joint. Just a Small cup though.

It is the same here in my country Kenya. Inflation has made everything too expensive. Even though you get more money when you earn a dollar, the things you buy with it are more limited.

I doubt if a dollar can cook a pot of food that can feed two people in my country. It is not possible from the looks of it.

Just one dollar cannot feed you in day whether eating out or cooking at home. It can give you one meal plus snacks.

A single dollar is not enough to buy much of anything new in the US. However, a trip through a local flea market can provide many opportunities to buy some old used trinket for a buck if you have a use for it, offered by the hundreds of vendors cleaning out their storage barns and garages each weekend. Something offered for a mere $10 is about as expensive as it gets there. However, most of it is one step before they just take it to the dump. I rarely buy new but I have picked up lots of useful items at flea markets. I have even gone back to resell the same junk for the same buck when I'm done with it.

Can a single dollar buy a cinema movie ticket? It can't. It used to buy it just last year. A single dollar can't even afford a plate of ice cream.

To put it a different way, money is something that holds its value over time, can be easily translated into prices, and is widely accepted
