I have not joined that site but let me ask:
So then is it still first come first served for those who pay? If you pay to upgrade do you still have to check the site often? Are you competing against others who have paid to upgrade and trying to beat them to the punch? To me if someone is paying to click then that site ought to at least hold the offers for a certain period of time for those who paid and give them a chance to click. So then those who don't pay fight (so-to-speak) for the few leftovers that remain? Is that the concept?

Yes it is first come first serve. You always have to visit the site to earn there. It work in a similar way to twitchfollows.

I got paid in December 31 and I just newly upgraded member its quit good because they offer high credits in live stream.
