Do we need to collect various crypto coins and convert them to Satoshis before transferring to our own wallet? What is the fee they charge to transfer the currency to our wallet when we reach out minimum amount there?

The 20% was my estimate computation, however it should be 22% to be exact 39/50. I searched the value of doges to bitcoins and it says 1 doge is equal to 50 or even 51 I think, then I put my doges on on sale with a unit price of 1 doge to 39 satoshis, it was the automated estimate made by faucethub.
