That is some good news because i love this site it is just that i have had so much online work on my table lately. i just do not understand why at times they pay when you have $5 in your account and when you have $10. I have been paid by both scenerios before but it is not official that their minimum to cashout is $5.

Is time bucks survey-based? I would like to try this website but if we can mostly earn by answering surveys then I need to skip it

$5 is a decent minimum pay rate, maybe. I we check it out. Time bucks has survey gigs but it is not a survey based site it's more like a get paid to site.
