I got $15 from Fiverr last week. To be honest, I have been toying with the idea of closing down my account because that site is DEAD. I don't know if it's just me, or has the Israeli-Palestinian war affected things over there? I hardly ever get any enquiries now, and of those who do enquire, most don't return. Plus, I'm getting a lot of spammy enquiries which are often blocked by the site before I can even react.

How about creating your portfolio and starting to market it on Facebook and LinkedIn?You could even set up a website of your own to offer the same services and charge a competitive rate. I think that will give you a better reach if you have slowed down on getting jobs from Fiverr.

I don't know. I'm just speculating because wars do have a way of affecting various facets of our lives, whether you are aware or not... the ripple effect and all that. Fiverr is Israeli-owned, so who knows? Buyers could possibly be taking their business elsewhere in protest?

Thanks for the suggestion :) I'm not a big fan of doing business on LinkedIn and Facebook. In my experience, they are both crawling with pervs, scammers and all sorts. But definitely, I'm considering going it alone and selling my services on similar freelance platforms.
