Since an online writer friend recently got paid there, I am encouraged to start writing at Niume. I can't share my stats right now but will share once I reach minimum redemption.
As for tinycent, it does pay. I know you have pending payments but I hope you will soon be paid.

5 sentences look like another MyKites. I have not registered there, but I remember MyKites, and how strange seemed to me to write there. If this site is same as the previous, I prefer to stay away.

The quality of the writing at Niume is a lot better than what I saw at MyKites, and there is a lot more activity there too. I don't think the two sites have much in common.

I enjoyed Niume because there are lots of pictures with stories. It is like Rabadaba combined with Tinycents/Mykites. You just need to spread all your blogs in social networks. I think we benefited whenever we share it on social media, however, we can't feel it because the site has a low rate, 1 dollar per 1000 views. I am not even checking my earnings there.

It's much better than MyKites. MyKites had no activity and the quality of posts was pathetic. But Niume looks quite professional and the content is good.

True. The posts are interesting to read and are presented in an aesthetic layout. Earnings are slow but then writing posts in five sentences is quite easy too.

That's sad. In that case earning is really slow. But still I would like to try out, as they allow short posts as you said. How much sort post they allow, anything particular like word counts.

I am guessing it's just 5 sentences as in maybe 50 words or so. Or more depending on their rules. But many of us have written 200 or more words on tinycent. So it should be no problem writing 100 words here. I mean people can get paid here.

Just so you know, Niume is having a contest; every one of your referrals who completes one write-up earns your $1!

This is encouraging! I am not doing good at tinycent these few days, I am not sure if it's because of the popup ads & missing featured image. I am thinking if I should just stop writing, or perhaps I can consider niume.

Niume is slow to earn as compared to tinycent. But yes, the site require much shorter posts and it is a pleasure to work on the site as compared to tinycent with its annoying popups. You can do well at niume if you manage to get referrals.

To think that there are people who had posts 975 posts already, I think there is something good with the site. I will learn more about how to write my article, express my personality with writing and I will share a lot of writings for sure in the future.

I prefer slow and steady, and easy too. ;)
I am thinking if I should just stay with mylot or try out niume too.

Its an encouraging thing that new sites pop up to replace the ones that have gone bust. But I have an issue with the fact that most of these sites are using the same model with no unique selling point. Then again, payment is getting less and less.

I actually worry about the fact that so many new sites keep popping up. They know that there are people willing to trust them because they want to go on earning as they did in the past, but the risks are the same and in most cases people are in for the same disappointment. I'm more inclined to trust the ones which offer lower rates per view because those are the ones that may be sustainable. At the end of the day, the question is whether writing for them is worth the effort.

I agree on your thoughts, that is why right now I am not forcing myself to be active but I want to write regularly. Like at Tinycents, the site has 10 minimum blog per day, but I am not taking advantage even I really can, mainly because of my internet problem or because I know in my heart some sites are not stable. I think I am learning from the past, but I am still trying.

And a good thing is that niume team also promotes your content on twitter which helps in gaining views.
