Yea especially if it requires me not to invest anything. Do you have a clue on where to start from?Fergal wrote:Is this something you are considering doing kat82?
An idea that I must test. Monero how do I go about this? More explanation please.millie998 wrote:If you’re looking to mine without investing anything, it’s gonna be tough. These days mining usually requires serious gear and cheap electricity to make sense. But if you just want to learn the ropes, you can mess around with testnets or CPU-mined coins like Monero using your regular PC. Just don’t expect profits.

This looks pretty easy as it sounds. Do I need special machines or computer to start with Monero?millie998 wrote:kat82 wrote:An idea that I must test. Monero how do I go about this? For Monero it’s a bit different because it’s designed to be mined even with normal CPUs, not just fancy ASICs. You can either run something like XMRig on your own computer and point it to a pool, or, if you don’t want to mess with hardware at all, you can rent hashpower through Hashmole and direct it toward a Monero pool. That way you’ll just get XMR payouts without setting up rigs or worrying about electricity.
